Terms & booking conditions.
These terms cover booking a treatment with Dee Thai Massage at Unit 3D, Mackenzie Industrial Estate, Bird Hall Lane, Cheadle Heath, Stockport, SK3 0SB. By booking, you agree to them. Last updated July 2026.
Bookings & deposits
To confirm a booking we take a small deposit online, paid securely by card. The remaining balance is settled on arrival, by cash or card. Your time slot is only held once the deposit is paid.
Cancellations & changes
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. Cancel with 24 hours' notice or more and your deposit is refunded (or moved to a new booking). For no-shows or cancellations inside 24 hours, the deposit is kept to cover the reserved time. To change anything, call Cherry on 07561 841557.
Membership
Members pay a set amount each month, which covers one massage per calendar month at the length their membership includes (any treatment on the menu at that length). Members book their monthly session online using their member code, no deposit is taken, as the monthly payment covers it. Membership can be cancelled at any time with one month's notice. Unused monthly sessions do not roll over.
Health & suitability
Please tell Cherry about any injuries, medical conditions, medications, or if you are or may be pregnant, before your treatment, either in the booking notes or on arrival. Massage is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Cherry may adapt or decline a treatment where it would not be safe or appropriate.
A professional service
Dee Thai Massage provides professional, therapeutic massage only. Any request for services of a sexual nature will be refused and the appointment ended, with no refund.
Lateness
If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened so it finishes on time, out of fairness to the next client. The full price still applies.
Liability
Cherry takes reasonable care to provide a safe, professional treatment. To the extent permitted by law, Dee Thai Massage is not liable for any loss or reaction that could not reasonably have been foreseen, particularly where relevant health information was not disclosed. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your booking applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
